CANCELLATION POLICY

At Charlotte Arsenault Inc (“Company”), all digital product sales, coaching sessions, and related purchases are considered final. Due to the nature of our services and the instant access provided to digital content, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

If you’ve purchased a coaching session or booked a 1:1 call, you may reschedule it with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

By purchasing any product, service, or coaching from this Website, you agree to these terms and understand that all sales are final. It is your responsibility to review all product details and descriptions before completing your order.
